Shipping/Handling
We use the
USPS for all of our shipping.
US SHIPPING - All US orders are shipped with First Class 3
day shipping ( on average). We charge $5 flat rate per package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We will
attempt to ship anywhere on the planet. We use 7-10 day average International First Class shipping for all orders outside
of the US. We charge $10 per package.
The shipping is included in all orders at final payment.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address,
telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This
includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. We only email you a confirmation email, and
do not email you on future sales or anything of that nature. *Buyers who use Google Checkout will get a "shipped"
email from Google telling you that we have shipped the product.*
How Fast do you ship?
We
get most the orders out the door within 24 hours of the order placed. We guarantee to have all orders shipped with 2 days
of the order placed.

I. HOW DOES YOUR
COMPANY WORK?
We lease the rights to
TV shows whose episodes never were released to the public by way of "factory sealed shrink wrapped" and dvd quality
release. Many of these shows will never be released. Some of them have dates that are set down the road for the complete dvd
set to be made. Still there are many many fans of these shows who are starved for a way to see their favorite show growing
up or in the past.
II. Return Policy? What if something is broken?
Below
are the correct steps and the only steps that should be taken to get a replacement disk.
1.) Do not email us stating
that all the disks are defective. This is 100% not possible. If none of the disks will play, simply put them in your dvdrom
and you will see that they work perfectly. *It is not our fault if your dvd player is not compatible with DVDR. That said,
98% of all dvd players made after 2001 will play DVDR and most game consoles will as well. This is a rare problem but in the
past we have had people try to get a refund for all 10 disks "not working" even though the simple answer was that
their dvd player was not reading the disks.
2.) We do acknoledge that some disks will be faulty. Less than 1%
of our disks end up faulty, but we will GLADLY! reship out any disk or disks that glitch. We are usually caught up to date
on emails and all you have to do is email us with
A.) your address
B.) your transaction number if possible
C.)
the set you bought
D.) the disks you need replaced.
After we see the email we will have the disks shipped out ,
with no charge, the very next day. We pride ourselves on being the quickest company in our field, even when it comes to replacement
disks. Again, this is very rare. Sometimes the USPS mishandles the mail and a whole set is crushed. This happens about 2-3
times a month. If this happens we will also Gladly! reship out a complete new set to you the very next day.
Do to people
easily being able to copy these disks, we do not refund on quality alone. Here is why. If you see this set for sale on other
sites, i 100% guarantee you that it is the same exact set. They also leased the same exact master copy of these complete dvd
series' and this is the best quality of these shows in the world. Our company however, spent $6000+ on getting the master
copies restored even better than the original master copies, so if anything, our sets are better than the others out there.
In closing, these sets are NOT bad qualiy. They simply are not HD or BLUE-RAY quality. We get about 5 emails every few months
of people who thought they were getting HD quality, and we have to show them this page.
III.
Will the DVD's Work in my DVD player?
We
use DVDR which plays in over 95% of all players worldwide. This is also known as REGION 0. If your disks do not seem to work
in your player, please try them in your DVDROM before emailing us. This is a rare occasion as even XBOX's now play DVDR.
IV. How can I be sure that my credit card # is safe?
Paypal and Google Checkout are the two most trusted and most used methods of on-line ordering in the world.
THIS IS WHY WE DO NOT HAVE A CART/CHECKOUT CART. We want to provide the public with the SAFEST forms of on-line purchasing!
We do not even see the cc# and they have a completely secure server which uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
underneath HTTP, providing an encrypted channel and server authentication, so that all such information is transmitted through
a secured server connection.
V. Do you ship Internationally? APO?
Yes! If you have an address we will ship it to you!!! If you live on a base or on a ship, PLEASE give us your home address
unless you have no other option. We have had issues with people not picking up the product, and it being shipped back to us
with a stamp that states "not picked up ". Then we get blamed for shipping to the address the buyer gave us.
VI. Buyer Error
(The below only refers to about 3% of our buyers, but you would be shocked
at how many people do it)
Issue #1.)This is sad that I
have to put this in our policy page. But after reading this you will see why. This past year we had over 60 disputes of "non-receipt"
from our paypal account(meaning that a few weeks had passed and they had not received their order). They would accuse us of
being fraudulent, threaten to call the BBB , threaten my family , etc. 55 of those 60 disputes ended up being "Buyer
Error". AKA they did not update their address on Paypal since they had last moved. So we would ship out the product to
the address that they provided, it would get returned back to us with a "Return to Sender" stamp on it, and we would
take a hit on our Paypal account for their mistake. I would then ask them to email me personally with their transaction number,
and their address, and low and behold, it was a different address from the one they provided us.
*If you place
a dispute due to not receiving your product, and the proof later shows that it was due to the buyer not updating his or her
address, we will charge a $20 fee for placing that dispute when it was not our fault. Once that fee is payed (which covers
SOME of the 2 shipments, 1 lost product, and 1 new product) than we will reship your order. *
Issue #2.) "The
Buy and cancel" - This is a method that people use against companies who have a super fast turn around in shipping. We
have found out that many who have tried this with our site, have also done this with other websites. Here is what happens.
1.) Buyer consciously makes a purchase.
2.) We have it shipped in under 10 hours.
3.) We read an email from
the buyer hours after he made the purchase claiming he no longer wants the purchase.
Next the buyer usually uses threats
to call the BBB, to dispute the charge, (even uses curses and threats of violence) full aware that we have shipped the product,
that he will get the product, and still get his money back(an easy way to copy the product and ship back for a refund). 100+
companies now have a list of people who do this and once you are on that list credit card companies can be aware of this 'bump
and run' scheme. We obviously can not UN-ship a package. If you make an order through our company, we can not
and will not be held responsible for shipping that product to you as fast as we promise. We are not going
to take a hit on our bottom line for your Buyer Error. Too many people want US to lose money and act like its our
duty to eat the costs of their mistake. To cancel this order, you will need to reship the product back to us ( UNOPENED) at
your cost, and we will refund 80% of the sale price back to you once we receive the product back. Include a transaction number
and the method that you used to purchase the product.
Issue #3.) Also, if your address has 2 street
names on it,

and it is returned
back to us, then the same applies as Issue #1.
VII. Why can I not combine orders?
We have many reasons that we do not combine orders.
1.) By using Google Checkout and Paypal as our
two main methods of payment, we guarantee our customers the safest way to buy on-line. Other sites choose to use a checkout,
and in some cases they themselves see the card numbers of the buyers. By using these two companies, we assure a safer transaction.
From my understanding Paypal now has a checkout method in their system. Below will answer why we have not moved to this.
2.) We still have the lowest prices of anyone in our field, to go along with the fastest shipping in our field, and the
fact that we spent thousands on upgrading some of the master copies of these rare tv shows. We also give thousands of dollars
worth of products to the US Soldiers stationed all over the world FOR FREE!!!!! The $5 shipping and handling fee for each
order covers the following below;

When a buyer buys 3 or more products at once,
